Why Join The Free-Thought Blogger Alliance

Starting a blog alone can be a daunting and time consuming task. We would like to provide you with the opportunity to join a community of writers to share in the fun of writing together.

What We’re looking for

We are looking for others like us that have fun and interesting things to say about what is going on in the world. We are seeking to change the way people think about atheist/secularists/freethinkers one blog post at a time. That means introducing the world to alternative and positive perspective. We are looking for writers who would like to join a fun community of other freethinkers.

After your application is submitted you will receive an email inviting you to the blog.

Definitions we are using for free-thought:

Wikipedia says Freethought or free thought is a philosophical viewpoint that holds opinions should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, or other dogmas. The cognitive application of free-thought is known as "freethinking", and practitioners of free-thought are known as "freethinkers".

A line from "Clifford's Credo" by the 19th-century British mathematician and philosopher William Kingdon Cliffordperhaps best describes the premise of freethought: "It is wrong always, everywhere, and for anyone, to believe anything upon insufficient evidence." _______________
